Mountain Bike in Imlil high Atlas day trip  – Bike To Toubkal Valleys Imnan Valley or tizi mzik pass 2479, Start out in the morning driving from Marrakech to Imlil, often described as the Little Chamonix of Morocco. This is where your ride will begin.
The trail will take us along the southwest pass toward a village that boasts the most vibrant Berber markets in the region. These markets are held weekly. Our trail along the asphalt road will gradually ascend to the mountaintop village of Tamatert, and from there toward the pass of Tizi N’Tamatert along the winding trail. The stunning view of Toubkal, the tallest peak in Northern Africa, is a well-deserved reward for the climb to the pass.
From the top of the pass a route choice is available; descend via the single road track, or for the more adventurous spirit take the off-road route.
Peddle through the beautiful Imnan Valley, taking in the views of the lush cultivated terraces and traditional Berber villages, still steeped in the traditional way of life.
We break for lunch in Arg, where you will enjoy the traditional flavors of Berber cooking! After lunch, descend into the village of Asni, where you will have time to explore or simply relax. Your transportation will meet you, and take you back to the hustle and bustle of the red city, Marrakech!
